Respoibilities:

1 Assist Sales Manager-Import to follow up with regular clients and build rapport

2 Assist Sales Manager-Import in sales leads handling and correspondence with oveeas agents/counterparts

3 Updating and filing import rate tariff, special offer

4 Keep track of the import lifting performance and record keeping

5 Provide market information and submit weekly market report

6 Awer telephone queries and provide customer services

7 Assist customer in problem relating to inbound container delivery

8 Eure customer requirements are clearly traferred to Trahipment, Operatio, and Documentation Departments for further action

9 Complete tasks within deadline

10 Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies

11 Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor, manager and management

Requirements:

1 College graduate or above

2 CET (College English Test) - 4 or above

3 At least 1 year working experience on shipping business
