Objective of Graduate Trainee Program
To develop and strengthen a local management team with talent people of appropriate experience and expertise to support its increasingly complex functio in GBS Wuhan. 
Through the 24-month Graduate Trainee Program, we aims at grooming talent graduate trainees to our future leade and high-quality professionals.

Key Respoblities
? Lear functio, operatio, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. 
? Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management. 
? Monito performance progress with management and key traine. 
? Observes experienced worke to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. 
? Receives training in functio and operatio of related departments to facilitate subsequent traferability between departments.
?  Attention to all country/customs regulatio and customized itructio, knowledge of sub-process / trade-lane / customer specifics (e.g. SOPs)
? Interface with business partne / internal stakeholde
? Eure to meet KPI & GBS Targets
? Eure quality, productivity of service delivery along with PA/ GBS standards
? Participate with team management (people, performance) in daily operatio 
? Follow working itructio of superior. Report and feedback to Superior regularly
? Establish the well cooperation relatiohip with other team or party
? Active to take up additional task & initiative which beyond those directly related to your position for the benefit of the GBS and its staff membe
? Lead & implement project Superior assigned (eg: CIP) during the program.
? Respoible for self-development & achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program. 
Key Requirements
·Fresh graduates (Bachelor Degree from all backgrounds)/ graduates with maximum 1 year experience 
·English fluency and computer literacy
·Proactive, self-motivated, be able to work under stress
·Fast learning capability, effective communication, open mind
·Driving for results, collaborating & influencing, innovating
