The role: Reporting to the General Manager, the Channel Sales Manager develops and leads reseller channel network and drives reseller channel sales growth to achieve or over-achieve channel sales target.
【Respoibilities】:
?Identify business opportunities and form reseller channel sales strategies together with Tebis management
?Lead, support and co-ordinate reseller channel sales, with client registratioprotection scheme
?Identify, evaluate and appoint new reselle throughout China
?Interact and visit reselle on regular basis to identify sales opportunities, review sales cases, and conduct annual business planning, etc.
?Support reseller sales with but not limited to customer visits, technical/commercial presentatio, etc.
?Liaison with reselle to allocate Tebis resources to support reseller sales, marketing and technical activities
?Report regularly with accurate reseller channel sales forecasts as well as feedback of reseller and client technical and commercial requirements
【Requirements】:
?Bachelor degree or above full time education in engineering discipline, preferably mechanical engineering
?English CET-4 or above
?In-depth knowledge of manufacturing industry, preferably CNC machining, CAD/CAM, etc.
?10+ yea technical sales experience with track record of outstanding performance, preferably in CAD/CAM or similar software sales, machine tool or tooling sales
?3+ yea channel sales management experience, with track record of outstanding performance
?Excellent interpeonal skills, and management skills, etc.
?Excellent team leader as well as team player with great moral and integrity
