职位描述:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIEUPPORTING ACTIVITIES:
1. Work out,tracking and report the Sales Plan each year;
Jointly work with Headquarte&AM custome to fix the sales plan for both AM and OE;
Closely work with Customer Service,Manufacturing and Logistic department to assure the products to be delivered timely and correctly;
Undetand the reaso why the variance between the plan and actual;Work out possible backup plan.
2. Develop New Business opportunities through
Assist to organize semina for the customer to introduce our advanced technology to help Filtran to get more business in China;
Assist to organize auto show ,traimission symposium and related marketing event for Filtran China;
3. Quotation
Coordinate with program manager to provide the related RFQ information and work out the quotation for AM projects;
Set up the benchmarking for different catagory of filte;
Assist to negotiate/update with DP and direct ship custome to fix the AM selling price every year;
4. Reporting and Filling
Work out the sales report(MOR) on the monthly basis;
Update the Outlook and provide it to the management and financial department;
Set up complete file system for Quotatio,Contracts,Agreements with customer,File all commercial requirement with
each customer;
Conduct the customer satisfaction survey and work out the report based on TS16949 requirement;
5. Coordinate with the Commercial Related Contract or Agreement;
Work with company attorney and top management team of Filtran for compiling the commercial contract/agreement;
PHYSICAL rEQUIREMENTS:
1. Univeity degree level education is essential,majoring in Engineering or Foreign Trade is preferred;
2. 3-5 yea sales related working experience in Automotive industry;
3. Excellent oral and written communication in both German and English;
4. Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure;
5. Team player with respoibility,honesty and peistence peonality;
6. Computer literacy especially for office software;
7. Willing to learn.
