Specific Duties and Respoibilities :

Managing new repair development project repair capabilities by receive technology trafer or internal development to agree with the agreed budget, project time line in the business plan.

Specifying, defining the specification and manage the procurement of coumable materials and equipment necessary for repair process.

Specifying, performingupervising design, and supervising manufacture and calibration of necessary repair tools, and spare parts;

Coordinating with the Process specialist to manage the process qualification programs (coating, welding, brazing, cleaning, stripping, etc) for new product.

Preparing and maintaining clear technical documentation and schemes, enabling execution of ipection and repair according contractual and technical specificatio;

Providing the training to the production peonnel for the newly developed process.

Setting-up and implementing the new repair capability to the production.

Studying used gas turbine parts and interpreting contractual repair specificatio and terms agreed with customer, to determine the reparability of the gas turbine part;

Efficiently applying existing and new technologies in the repair process;

Preparing pre-calculatio and cost prices for Sales;

Communicating with Sales Support, to clarify with customer all aspects related to the ipection and repair, acceptance criteria and quality requirements;

Performing technical and quality supervision of the repair process;

Monitoring progress, costs and required quality of the repair process;

Trouble shooting during ipection and repair, whenever required;

Assessing and resolving of non-conformances related to parts and parts repair processes;

Providing customer reports;

Co-operation with the production supervisor to optimize the repair – reduction of work hou, material usage;

Final control and approval of the correctness of the repair carried out;

Archiving of all documentation related to the ipection and repair;

Keeping him-/heelf informed about relevant technical processes, new ipection and repair developments in the market;

Documenting and making assessable (new) technical information.

Qualification / Competence :

Mechanical Engineer with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college. Preferably with experience on repair and maintenance of gas turbine, other rotating equipment, and related components;

Materials science knowledge;

Drafting skills (AutoCad, Unigraphics or Solid Edge). Ability to properly undetand and implement mechanical drawings (section dwg; cotruction dwg; etc.);

Fluent knowledge of English language;

Strong oral and written communication skills;

Ability to Act as Project Manager for New repair development project, Gas Turbine ipection and repair works;

Availability to travel;

Strong analytic and problem solving skills;

Good interpeonal and organizational skills;

Computer skills and minimum general PC knowledge (Word, Excel, MS-Project, etc);

Capability to guide, coordinate and motivate co-worke;

Basic undetanding of QESH System;

Self-organized and able to work with minimum supervision;

Hands-on mentality;
