The position oveees compliance and compliance risk management in AIG China Jiangsu Branch. The role works closely with compliance team in China Home Office, to eure that local management and employees are in compliance with regulatory obligatio, and AIG corporate policies, through implementing series of compliance policies, providing compliance advisory service, offering compliance training coues, conducting compliance testing & monitoring programs and etc.

1.To implement China regulatory and AIG corporate compliance policies and requirements in local branch, if applicable, and sub-branch, agency office, etc.;

2.To deliver the new and refreshed compliance training coues of existing and newly promulgated compliance policies with assistance from compliance officer and manager, in local branch, if applicable, and sub-branch, agency office, etc.;

3.To advise managements and employees of China regulatory obligatio and AIG corporate policies’ requirements, and to assist such peo in the achievement of compliance with those obligatio through the effecting of appropriate systems and controls;

4.To monitor and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the systems, processes and controls to comply with China regulatory requirements and AIG corporate policies;

5.To prepare and deliver qualified testing & monitoring review report, discuss with issue owne and propose countermeasures and solutio to comply with China regulatory requirements and AIG corporate policies;

6.To escalate any identified non-compliance issues and matte to China Compliance Officer in accordance with the applicable reporting policy;

7.To conduct timely follow up to eure that the proposed countermeasures and remediation solutio are appropriately implemented;

8.To timely deliver compliance related reports pertaining to China regulatory requirements and AIG corporate policies;

9.To serves as “point of contact” in liaison with local regulato, including but are not limited to CIRC, PBOC, SAIC, Tax Bureau, SAFE and etc;

10.To promote general risk management culture through organizing regular regional risk management meetings and timely follow up for risk mitigation and control solutio; and to assist the Compliance programs and projects as required by Compliance Home Office.

Position Requirements:

?Proven management and organizational abilities;

?Strong communication and influencing skills;

?Fluent languages both English and Chinese, especially in written;

?Ability to analyze complex situatio / prioritize actio;

?Strong knowledge and undetanding of China regulatory framework;

?Good undetanding of iurance operation and its related processes, systems and controls; and

?Professional training skill is a plus.
