?To be a frontline point of contact for existing membe when arriving at the hotel, to welcome the guest, assist with inquiries and reservatio and escort membe to the restaurants

?To approach non-membe in low-key manner, either directly or through referral by hotel associates, and inform about the membehip programme

?Be visibly present in the restaurants during lunch and dinner meal period and during other peak periods
于午餐及晚餐用餐时段内,或者其他高峰时段,需在餐厅值班
?Meet and exceed sales targets as agreed with the Hotel
达到甚至超越酒店所设定的销售目标
?Develop and maintain excellent working relatiohips with hotel peonnel through effective communication

?Develop and build a strong rapport with Membe by providing excellent service

?To be available front of house during all other times for the servicing of visiting existing membe
可随时拜访或协助会员与会籍相关之事宜
?To visit the F&B venues during lunch and dinner period and inform non-membe about the membehip programme
在午餐及晚餐时段于餐厅内值班以向非会员客人介绍项目会籍信息
?To collect potential leads from hotel associates, including Billfold Flye, which can be passed on to the programme
向酒店同事收集潜质客户名单,包括可以给到项目的宣传单张/小册子
?To engage with existing membe and secure follow up dining reservatio
协助会员订餐
?To assist visiting membe with all inquiries
协助解答到店会员之任何查询
?To be pro-active in generating additional revenue opportunities from membe (banquet/functio) and pass on any leads to the appropriate hotel department
积极抓住任何可以增加酒店收入的机会,如活动、宴会等,并把相关推荐转达给酒店相关部门跟进
