Job Description:

Respoible for undetanding customer requirements, assembling project team and assign individual respoibilities as well as identifying appropriate resources needed, develop schedules to eure timely completion of the project. Must be familiar with automotive TS16949, APQP/Product launch and engineering and PPAP procedures / documentation.

Accountabilities:

？Drawing reading, ballooning for ipection purpose, undetanding of PFD, PFMEA for preparation of control plan. Preparation of documents like Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, Ipection reports firewall checks sheets/WI, etc.

？Communication and Technical co-ordination with customeupplieteam, Communication to customer for closure of open points, Co-ordination with cross-functional team for various project deliverables. Review/audit/follow up and all APQP Phases, preparation for technical and quality reports as requested.

？Coordination with customer for PPAP / run@rate as per readiness, Conduct and monitor PPAP run jointly with customer, Follow up and closure of open points of internal PPAP/trial run, Follow up and closure of open points of PPAP/trial run, Layout ipection of PPAP samples, Compilation of PPAP documents and submitting to customer, Approach and follow up for PSW from customer.

？Monitoring and control for customer PPM/ Internal rejection / scrap cost /FTQ for 6 months from PSW approval, Handover of part to plant quality after successful completion, Addressing actio from lesson learned / past trouble data.

？Maintain compliance with ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001 standards.

Job Requirements:

？High English communication skills (writteoral) preferably foreigner or Chinese with excellent English command.

？Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field.

？A minimum of 5 yea engineering or relevant experience is preferred in automotive industry TS16949 standards, with project management demotrated skills.

？Should be familiar with the automotive APQP/Product Launch and Engineering change systems as well familiarity of an automotive/machining/casting parts environment.
