Job Respoibilities：

1. Help maintenance team to seek better solution in different maintenance processestages, which would continually boost the work efficiency, enhance the quality and improve the customer’s satisfaction.

2. Give guidance and cooperate with other functio in new capability development projects. Work with or assist aircraft maintenance project team to optimize the project control procedure/process, better control the tasks progress, smoothly handle the works in different periods/phases and shorten the project TAT.

3. Perform A/C base maintenance work/modification as per applicable maintenance documents.

4. Eure the maintenance work meet the company and customer’s quality requirement.

5. Coordinate with SenioLead enginee to manage the daily maintenance progress to catch the project schedule.

Preferred Education:

Diploma Certificate or above.

Preferred Job Skills and Qualificatio:

1. At least 8 yea Aviation working experience, including at least 5 yea in Heavy Maintenance, and at least 3 yea EngineeIpector experience major in Engine.

2. Engine Borescope Ipection Skill and Certificates is requested. Engine Type CF6, CFM56, PW4000 is preferred.

3. B767-200/300, B747-400 or B787-8/9 Type II Training is preferred.

4. Good practical work.

5. Effective English reading & writing skills, undetand and handle the documents/paperwork.
