职位描述:
岗位职责:
1、根据制造事业部整体发展战略规划,协助副总经理制定人力资源战略规划,参与部门重大人事问题的决策;
According to overall development strategy planning of manufacturing devision, assist vice-general manager to develop human resources strategic planning, participate in major peonnel decisio the department;
2、根据制造事业部的情况,组织制订人力资源管理制度、招聘管理制度、培训管理制度、薪酬管理制度、福利管理制度、绩效考核管理制度、人事档案管理制度、员工手册等规章制度、实施流程,并组织实施;
According to status quo of the manufacturing division, formulate and improve human resources management system, recruitment management system, training management system, compeation management system, welfare management system, performance appraisal management system, peonnel file management system, employee handbook and other rules and regulatio,follow-up the process;
3、根据制造事业部的发展规划,提出制造事业部组织机构、岗位设置设计方案,并适时对制造事业部组织结构设置提出改进方案;
According to development planning of the manufacturing division, put forward organizational structure of manufacturing division, job setting design, and timely put forward improvements to organization structure setting of manufacturing division ;
4、负责根据制造事业部实际生产经营情况,提出人员编制,并根据人员缺口,编制招聘计划;并根据员工招聘的岗位要求,扩展、完善不同的招聘渠道;
Respoible for staffing according to the actual situation of production and operation of manufacturing division, and formulate peonnel recruitment plan according to peonnel gap; and according to recruitment requirements, extend and improve various recruitment channels;
5、负责组织实施招聘工作,并参与对应聘人员的面试筛选;
Respoible for organizing recruitment work, and participate in the interview to implement peonnel selection;
6、根据制造事业部实际生产经营需要,收集、汇总各部门培训需求、计划,并负责培训过程监督,培训效果的评估、考核;
Respoible for collecting training needs and pla from each department based on actual production and operation needs of manufacturing division, collect, and respoible for the supervision of training process and the evaluation of training effect;
7、组织薪资管理工作,编制制造事业部年度薪资计划及薪资调整方案,审核员工每月的工资;
Organize salary management, formulate annual salary plan and salary adjustment scheme of manufacturing division, audit staff's salary;
8、负责受理员工投诉,员工与公司劳动争议事宜并确保及时解决;
Respoible for employee complai and deal with company's labor dispute issues;
9、负责根据岗位需求,协调内部员工的调配工作;
Respoible for coordinating internal staff's deployment of work according to station demands;
10、负责建立内部的沟通机制,及时了解、掌握员工的思想动态,保证员工稳定性;
Respoible for the establishment of internal communication, timely undetand employees' thoughts, guarantee the stability of employees;
11、完成领导交办的其它工作任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadehip.
任职资格:
1、 大学本科及以上,工商管理、人力资源等相关专业,接受过人力资源、行政管理专业培训;
Bachelor degree and above, business administrationhuman resources or related major, experience of training of human resources and administrative management;
2、5年以上工作经验,3年以上人力资源管理经验,熟悉人力资源管理、行政管理专业知识,有汽车零部件铸造行业工作经验;
More than 5 yea working experience, 3 yea experience in human resources management, familiar with professionalknowledge of human resources management and administrative management,have working experience in auto parts casting industry;
3、 出色的条理性、良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力、学习能力、影响力,熟练掌握WORD,EXCEL,PPT等办公软件使用方法;
Good ability of logic, good communication ability, organization and coordination ability, learning ability, familiar with WORD, EXCEL, PPT and other office softwares;
4、 具有很强的发现问题与解决问题的能力、人际交往能力、计划与执行能力、引导培训能力、能够承担较大的工作压力。
Good ability to find and solve problems, interpeonal skills, planning and implementation ability, executive ability and can bear work pressure.
5、 英语熟练。
