F&A Coultant/Traformation Manager

1) Total 5-8 y’ working experience, SAP Accounting processes (SAP modules FICO) – having experience with SAP (as a minimum as end user) for key Finance processes.

2) Solid project management experience – end to end manage key projects in the SAP Accounting area / potentially also clear experience in LEAN (end to end review of processes and take out the non-value add) or traition projects (move activities from oite to remote in a Shared Service Centre / DC – with clear experience of how organization / process & tools need to be adapted to make this happen

3) Having worked in a role that involves dealing with multiple entities – at regional/global level – i.e. undetand the importance of global standards – role of regional process ownehip would be ideal

4) Outsourcinghared services experience – undetanding the importance of client-supplier relatiohip, SLA management
