岗位主要职责 (Key Respoibilities)：

1.通过与客户的良好沟通，充分理解及把握客户需求，组织协调资源为客户提供整合的营销方案；

Have good communication with customer, fully undetand customer’s requirement. Organized and coolidate resource to provide integrated marketing solution to customer;

2.统筹整个项目的计划和可行性分析，跟进项目的进度。与各部门协调及解决过程中发生的问题；

Lead the whole project plan and feasibility study. Follow up the project progress, collaborate with multi-function to solve the problems in the progress;

3.领导团队主动跟进项目的进度，及时跟上级和客户汇报项目的进度。与供应商及客户进行清晰、及时的沟通，确保项目按目标完成；

Lead the team to conduct progress tracking on the project and timely communication the project progress to immediate manager and customer. Collaborate with supplie on project management, eure project can be finished on time, on quality and on cost;

4.领导团队定期对数据做一定的分析及对以后的项目提供相应的建议；

Lead the team to conduct regular analysis and provide suggestio on future project operation;

5.指引团队及供应商与各部门合作给客户提供优化方案及应用创新，为客户带来价值；

Guide the team and supplier to conduct project optimization and innovation via collaboration with multi-function, bring value to customer;

6.完成公司的任务指标，与客户维持良好的关系；

Complete the company’s target and maintain good relatiohip with customer;

任职资格 (Skill Requirement)：

1.本科或以上学历；

Bachelor degree or above;

2.熟悉电脑操作（word, excel, PPT）和数据分析;

Good computer skill, especially on word, excel, PPT and data analysis;

3.良好的英文对话及英文书写，读的能力；

Good English dialogue and writing, reading ability;

4.有良好的沟通、反应及解决问题的能力，能处理好内外的关系。

Have good communication and problem solving skill, can management well on internal and external relatiohip;

5.性格开朗，有亲和力，有团队合作精神，能适应较大的工作压力；

Open and bright, have affinity. Have team work spirit, can adapt to the greater work pressure;

6.熟悉线下推广行业，了解品牌线下操作类型，对展示道具，赠品，路演项目管理经验优先；

Familiar with below the line industry, undetand the below the line operation, have display, premium and event operation experience is preferred;
