职位描述:
1.更新每年销售计划和管理资源,以达到计划目标。
To implement the sales plan with variable data and information integration
2.维护现有客户,并从现有客户和新的潜在客户中发掘新的业务机会。
Maintain relatiohip with existing custome and explore potential custome based on current clients.
3.业务操作中,能与各个部门进行工作协调, 并能积极地解决客户的投诉或困难事项。
Coordination between each department during project handling, to actively deal with the conflicts and tough issue happened in clients.
4.维护和汇报所有活动记录,并能及时关注竞争对手活动并与汇报。
Data maintenance and reporting punctually,Pay attention to rivals’ trend & act and report to company in time.
5.把握好客户订单与库存的实时动态变化,能与工厂及时协调货期。
Master the Real-time dynamic change between PO and inventory, and could immediately adjust the delivery with factory.
6.上司指派的其他工作。
Complete the tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职资格:
1.大学本科以上学历,工业管理,机械等相关专业优先考虑;
Bachelor degree or above, industrial management and mechanism related major is preferred.
2.2年以上销售经验,独立、成熟的处事风格和灵活的沟通技巧;
More than 2-year sales related sales experience, independence and excellent communication skills.
3.愿意定下心持续学习提高自己的工作能力;
Willing to settle down to do work to Improve ability.
4.流利的书面及对话日语, 同時懂英语者优先考虑。
Proficient in written Japaness and spoken, Capable in English communication will be advantage.
