About This Job:

This peon will report to Head IT Business Partner, APAC. The accountabilities are as follows,

?Collaborate to create and agree a 3-5 year IT plan aligned to the business strategic agenda covering investment, training, and exploitation of IT systems broken into logical organization groups and processes

?Maintain regular contact with business stakeholde at leadehip team level to develop the ongoing relatiohip between the business and SBS Information Services and Sustainable Excellence

?Collaborate closely with SBS Strategy and Business Architecture to eure the Syngenta IS landscape is aligned to changing business needs and challenges

?Provide strategic IT expertise to the business to support the beneficial exploitation of information and the appropriate application of information and communicatio technology (ICT)

?Eure that the business strategic plan fully exploits the opportunities presented by ICT, and that developing strategic business requirements are communicated within the IT community

?Develop and maintain the IT strategy which alig fully with the Syngenta IT strategy and business architecture, providing input to the CIO architecture and budget review processes as required

?Eure that business spoohip, support, funds and resources for each project are sufficient to deliver the identified benefits.

?Participate in service and SLA reviews to eure services are aligned with business priorities

?Actively promote and facilitate global business process and information harmonization

?Lead stakeholder management and business communicatio regarding IT and business process capabilities and changes

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

?Build effective and peer relatiohips and establish credibility with business clients and SBS colleagues

?Provide steer to deliver business benefits through people, process and system change initiatives

?Leverage existing applicatio, services and technology to produce business value

?Explore how new technologies and business models can bring value

?Work with IT Services to resolve business critical escalatio

?Establish appropriate account planning and stakeholder management processes

?Advocate for the business and liaise with IT business partne and other SBS colleagues in headquarte and other regio to eure alignment

Qualificatio:

?Bachelor of Science

?Fluent English both verbal and written
