Main Accountabilities

？Plan & optimize traport based on pre-defined routine to meet the service level

？Book timely with the nominated carrieforwarde by traport management system

？Monitor carrieforwarder’s logistics arrangement and cargo pickup to eure required carrier service performance

？Coordinate with LBUs, Forwarder and broke on customs operation

？System maintenance of traport requirement

？Track and trace shipments to meet the service requirements & Monitor shipment request data quality

？Monitor the carrieforwarder’s performance.

？Implement recovery optio with notification to Control tower manager, Operatio and Plant key contacts upon shipment delay or damage,

？Investigate delays to find root cause and eure continuous improvement

？Make record on delivery problems inclusive of reason code maintenance

？Collect PODs

？Handle exceptional cases

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

？College degree

？More than 2 yea logistics experience (freight forwarding industry or manufacturing logistics experience preferred)

？Good knowledge in import/export logistics operation

？Analytical skill

？Excellent communication

？Good knowledge of MS office

？Good command of English
