SAP Coultant and Project Manager in SAP implementation

1、Work in SAP implementation on coulting engagements with focus on MM/PP module and its integration with other logistics and FI/CO areas

2、Proactively deliver the coulting service through the implementation cycle which manage to support the customer initiatives and meanwhile take the system sustainable solution, best practices into coideration

3、Engage to deliver the project on budget, on time and with customer satisfaction as MM/PP coultant or project lead

4、Actively interact with project stakeholde around specific work efforts/deliverables, issues

5、Eure compliance with IS project frame works, processes and standards along the delivery of services

6、To perform project management/administration tasks including developing work pla, manage status etc can be a plus

7、To have extended knowledge in PSD would be a strong advantage

Leadehip and Organizational development

1、Deliver the solution in the IS project frame work, common processes and standards and project management methodology practices

2、Actively support the optimization of the existing processes, standards, frame works and cross boundary processes

3、Leverage the best practicestandard solutio within the organization

4、Actively adopt the standard project management tools to manage the project status within the project team and to the management team

5、Collaboration and coordination across the teams

1、Solid undetanding in SAP MM/PP module, and its integration area with logistics and FI/CO areas. It is preferred with experience in the MTO/MTS solution in manufacturing industry.

2、It will be a plus to have proven project experience working as module/group lead or project leader

3、Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service

4、Good coultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure

5、Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

6、Strong ethics and peonal integrity.

1、Require 5+ yea ERP implementation experience with least 3 full cycle implementatio

2、Project management experience in manufacturing industry

3、Demotrated experience in managing projects issues, scope and quality while bring projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent

SAP certified PA is preferred but not required
