PGHV

1.Set the target and strategy for the HBU SCM.

2.Establish a Hub BU SCM organization in NAS PGHV, including category team, supplier quality, supplier development, T&L and technical SCM.

3.Manage SCM performance of 7 units in NAS, Beijing, Xi’an, Suqian, Xiamen, Zhangzhou, Shenzhen, Vietnam.

4.Manage EM sourcing Hub to support BU global sourcing in NAS.

5.Eure execution in accordance with Company and Supply Chain Management (SCM) itructio and procedures.

6.Coordinates with local, regional and global resources to execute sourcing pla.

7.Communicate with ABB Sourcing network and BU global sourcing network to share the supply source.

8.Lead CSDP to drive strategic supplier development program in China to support BU business.

9.Drive operational supplier development and escalate model in NAS, according to BU itruction.

10.Negotiates commercial supply agreement and service contracts for the categories managed in the HUB category team.

11.Work with country/BU T&L team to develop traportatiologistics strategy to support PGHV business in NAS, and provide T&L solution to BU sourcing in NAS.

12.On behalf of PGHV in NAS, continued to drive IM&S(Indirect material&service) team in cost reduction and supplier improvement for indirect material and services.

13.Drive SCM early involve in R&D projects, work with NAS TC to drive cost reduction at early product development phase.

14.Support Hub operation to optimize material supply and inventory reduction.

1. Univeity degree required, technical major preferable

2. > 10 yea in a management position (majority in SCM) in a multicultural environment

3. Superior negotiation skills in a multicultural and challenging global business environment

4. Excellent written and spoken English, proficient in negotiatio

5. Good communication skills and execution, good undetanding of intercultural seitivity in a complex organization such as BU/Country

6. Good knowledge of ABB global business, policies and global organization within a BU

7. Good knowledge of commodity / business relevant supply markets supporting regional / multi-business organization

8. Experience of standardizing and developing tools and processes in a multi-business / regional organization
