8年以上采购相关经验，对间接采购流程有深刻理解。有BPO或咨询行业工作背景，熟悉采购流程方案设计及优化。英语听说读写流利，同时熟练掌握二外日语优先考虑。

工作内容：

§ Respoible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing arrangements with preferred supplie with major focus on Local sourcing to reduce total cost of products and improve margi.

§ Handles every necessary function from the initial selection and solicitation of prospective supplier facility surveys and initial qualification, through final acceptance of the delivery product or service, and the intended use.

§ Facilitate in supplier selection process, contract negotiation and execution, contract/project implementation, and Local supplier management

将来の供給元機能の最初の選択と要求からのあらゆる必要な機能が調査すると最初の資格取得（配達製品やサービスと意図された使用の最終的な承認を通しての）。

供給元の選任者プロセス、契約交渉と実行（契約/プロジェクト実施と地元の供給元経営陣）に協力。

任职资格：

§ A strong undetanding of the Japanese Local supplier base

§ Sourcing knowledge and Ability to think strategically and also execute

§ Creative, resourceful, takes initiative

§ Strong project management skills

§ Demotrated ability to drive change for sourcing compliance

§ Flexibility in attitude & behavior

§ Fluent English, Japae or Cantonese speaker(Ability to read and decipher supplier quotes )

§ Strong analytical and financial skills

§ Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle / SAP / Ariba / Emptoris any other S&P tools is a positive)

§ Categories expert: IT, Real Estate, Professional Services, Banking Operatio, Marketing, HR

§ CIPS 5-6, CPSM, APICS -CSCP certification will be a plus
