Position: Senior Process coultant 资深流程再造咨询师

Location: 上海/西安

Respoibilities:

-Support the BU for business development within process field if necessary.

-Set process reengineering solution based on custome' needs by cooperating with BU and related internal parties.

-Make the schedule for process related projects and implementation after approval.

-Lead the process project implementation and adjustments as a senior coordinator between customer and internal project team.

-Be contact from corporate level between customer and corporate in process fields, To support and as an ordinary coultant in process field for VIP custome and potential custome.

- Knowledge and skills trafer and training within process team.

-Update and maintain internal process control for process coultant team.

-Te be the team leader of process coultant team within the functional aspect.

职责：

-在流程再造方面给予业务部门在业务发展中的专业支持。

-协调业务部门及其他内部部门，根据客户需求制定流程再造方面的方案。

-制定流程再造方面的实施计划，并批准后实施。

-作为客户及内部项目团队的咨询协调，领导相应的流程再造项目的实施及调整。

-在流程再造方面作为公司层面与客户保持良好沟通，并支持VIP客户及潜在客户日常的流程管理问题解决。

-在流程再造咨询师团队进行知识的传导及培训。

-维护并更新流程咨询师团队的内部流程并保证有效。

-作为职能方面的流程再造咨询师团队负责人。

Requirement

-Bachelor degree or above in quality and related engineering fields.

-More than 7 yea working experience in quality management, six sigma, process optimization function.

-Proved leading abilities in related quality projects or team building.

- Self-motivated, shared service attitude ，lean to learn meet the challenge.

-Good analytical skills and and work under pressure.

-Experience in chemical ,supply chain field or holder of certified quality engineer will be a plus but not a must.

资历要求

-大学及以上学历在质量或相关领域。

-7年及以上在质量管理、六西格玛或者流程优化管理等方面的经验。

-具有良好的质量及流程相关项目管理能力和领导力。

-自我驱动，分享服务的态度及愿意学习并接受挑战。

-良好的分析能力及可在压力下工作。

-化工及供应链相关工作经验或持有注册质量工程师资格将优先考虑,但并不是必须的。
