DESCRIPTIORESPOIBILITIES:

Job Description

The Sr. Product Engineer assists the Product Design and Development

Manager in providing senior Design leadehip to the product enginee

on top of his respoibility doing proper analysis of root cause and

implementation of short and long term corrective actio in order to

improve product quality for products which are more complicated and

require more expertise.

Respoibilities:

1.Work with manufacturing engineer closely to undetand the detail

process and requirement, then come out proper fixture design

2.Check &control the cost & schedule of production fixture

3. Fixture buyoff

4.Drive fixture improvement from economical and efficient aspect

5.Prepare Lesson leant report

6.Update fixture design guideline based on need

7.Technical review with tooling/fixture supplier and give technical

support to manufacture supplier

Job Requirements

1.Above 5 yea of assembly fixture design experience, test fixture

design and process development experience is a plus

2.Good communication skills and team work

3.PC skills and knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid works or Creo3.0

4.Good English skills - spoken and written

5.Critical thinking and good analytical skill
