In order to prepare for China business expanding and long-term development, Go-Tra China set up a strategic human resources development plan called GMTP(Go-Tra Management Trainee Program). Once being enrolled into this program, you will be trained systematically not only operational skills but also peonal competencies including management and leadship skills. The company will also assign one designated senior manager to be your coach for your peonal development in the company along your grow together with Go-Tra. After around 2 yea learning/working by different positiorotatio, we hope the trainee can take relatively senior position in China or even worldwide.
