岗位职责：

？ Be respoible for monthly KPI summary;

负责月度质量KPI的汇总；

？ Be respoible for holding regular meeting for open issue, action plan with each plant and follow up the issue solution;

负责召开例会对质量问题进行汇总、与工厂一起制定行动计划，并跟踪进度；

？ Be respoible for quality related audits, eure divisio comply with related procedure and standard;

负责各工厂质量相关的Audit，确保各工厂按流程、标准开展工作；

？ Be respoible for quality standard, procedure development and maintenance;

负责质量相关标准的编制和维护更新；

？ Be respoible for best practice and lesso learned

负责质量相关经验教训以及***实践的分享活动；

？ 参与各工厂质量成本降低活动；

Participate into quality cost reduction activities;

？ 参与新工厂质量系统的建立；

岗位要求：

Participate quality system setup for new plant;

大学本科学历，5年以上汽车行业，质量主管或以上相关工作经历；

? Good knowledge of metal materials, MIG/MAG welding and stamping;

对注塑、自动折弯、电阻焊工艺有良好的基础知识；

? Be familiar with TS16949 / QS9000 quality system

熟悉TS16949 /QS9000质量体系

? Good knowledge and experience of APQP,PPAP,PFMEA,Control Plan,MSA,SPC,GD&T etc.

具有良好的APQP、PPAP、PFMEA、控制计划、MSA、SPC及GD&T等相关知识和经验；

? Good English skills;

具有良好的英文听、说、读、写的能力

? Good communication and teamwork

有良好的沟通能力、团队合作能力

? Proficiency in compute and office software

熟练操作电脑及OFFICE办公软件
