1.Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering technology field

2.3-6 yea experience in automotive industry

3.Excellent oral and written English skill

4.Strong interpeonal communicatio skills

5.Self-motivated with good business acumen

6.Must have good computer skills-Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

7.Able to travel

8.Able to work overtime

1.Keeps open communication with Program Manager

2.Releases Program assumptio to Plant Team

3.Generate and maintain New Program Book

4.Generate and maintain Plant program open issues list

5.Support Primary and Secondary Tool Trials as needed

6.Issue PR’s for secondary tooling/ wip racks/packaging

7.Champion iPSO Review with Program Manager and Run @ Rate with customer

8.Eures key program dates are met from plant level (MRD to custome)

9.Support customer Launch Builds if needed

10.Champion activities detailed in the Gate process

11.Schedule trial ru at manufacturing plant as appropriate

12.Verify all materials are present for ru until the program is released to mass production

13.Update Program Trial Run Board as required

14.Comply with TS16949 and ISO 14001 Requirements
