Essential Job Functio
1. To provide advice and support to eure implementation and compliance with HSEQ policy, objectives, programmes and Business Management Systems.
2. To coordinate and perform regular ipectio and audits to eure compliance with Ipectorate HSEQ policy, objectives, programmes, management systems as well as international and local legislation. Feedback will then be provided to the Operational and Laboratory Manage as advice and guidance to eure coistent and proper conformance to the HSE & Quality Assurance programs.
3. Lead and animate the network of country HSEQ representatives and monitoring the performance of the HSEQ Management System at each location.
4. To act as the point of contact for the Regional OST and euring HESQ information are circulated to all concerned offices and employees.
5. Oveeen the internal audit program and eure audits are conducted as per schedule. Conducts follow up and eure non- compliances are closed in a timely manner.
6. Measure the performance of the locatio agait set HSEQ objectives and report required KIPs to regional and global office

and laboratories throughout the area of respoibility is required, both scheduled and ucheduled.
8. Enhances awareness and continually educates ipection and laboratory peonnel on quality assurance principles and accreditation requirements by way of training, meetings, notes etc to eure that good HSEQ practices are implemented and maintained. To develop and implement a programme of HSEQ training and eure training are conducted as per training matrix/plan. To eure all new employees receive induction training.
9. Act as the point of contact with Certification and accreditation bodies and schedule external audits. Assist in the preparation, compilation and maintenance of quality control manuals to meet the needs of the business management and to satisfy the requirements of accreditation authorities.
10. To eure compliance with HSE legislation by monitoring and review current and proposed HSE regulatio.
11. Undertake specific quality or safety related project as directed by the Country Manager or Regional OST
Requirement:
· Knowledge of ISO 9001
· Knowledge of ISO 17025
· Competent Auditor
· Competent in Incident Investigatio
· Industry knowledge
· Knowledge of HSE legal requirements within area of respoibility
· Computer literate -Microsoft Office, Internet, Intranet
· Ability to train
· Excellent communication and interpeonal skills.
· Flexible and willing to travel, if required
