Respoibilities:

?Identify vessel schedule and utilization situation in order to assist trade manager to guide sales for selling

?Assist trade manager for prospect collecting from Sales / pod agents / Tender & BCO commitment

?Assist trade manager timely / correctly update prospect on ISPACE agait current rate level

?Assist trade manager for long term & short term EQ forecast updating to ARO logistic

?Assist trade manager for VIP Protect list / Optional pick & choose / SOB list to T team on time

?Assist trade manager for special sailing handling ( diveion, omission, blank sailing, shutout, etc.)

?Coolidate the spot rate application from sales and send to liner for coideration / approval.

?Pass the approved rate to filing team on time for filing purpose.

?Well familiarized the systems, such as MSC LINK,TRADE MANAGER& TMS for assisting trade manager.

?Reports handling (lifting Performance/Revenue Report/Booking list/Booking Recap, Mix Account, etc. )

?Co-work together with trade manager to complete the volume budget and push sales for more cargos

?Communication with related department, such as CS, Operation, DOC, EQ , etc. to eure all good service providing to clients.

?Assist Trade manager to monitor business performance and proactively address shortfall to Geneva liner / ARO liner on ISPACE or report via mail / phone discussion

?Other tasks assigned by trade manager or team leader

Requirements:

?Bachelor (or above) degree is required

?Prefer to have shipping industry experience ( 2 yea or above )

?Solid knowledge of shipping business, trading, logistic and traportation

?Integrity and positive

?Intee and driven

?Excellent communicatio, cooperation and analysis skills

?Fluent written and spoken English and mandarin
