Position:SENIOR RESEARCHER

Respoibilities

To actively identify search direction based on briefing from coultant.

Approach possible candidates by various ways, such as cold call, referral or talent database and conduct screening interview by phone.

To find out most efficient method for expanding talent database.

To present qualified candidates to coultant with written comments.

To arrange interview schedule for coultant and make sure the presence of candidates.

To attend interviews with his/her coultant if necessary.

Update coultant with reports which includes search status and market feedback on a regular basis.

Assist coultant to conduct industrial or market information research.

Maintain long-term relatiohip with qualified candidates.

Support assessment arrangement, and feedback follow up.

Maintain and update all the related information about candidates into online system.

Other assignments which are related to recruiting project.

Requirements:

College’s degree or above.

2+ yea working experience, relevant experience in headhunting company is a plus.

Familiar with entire search process and able to work independently with supervision from coultant.

Mature, patient, collaborative and detail-oriented.
