职位描述:
Provide professional technical service to coumer, retailer, dealer and OE customer; Make technical training and coulting to support local sales
Provide Technical and Warranty Assistance to any Cooper inquiry regarding PCR, SUV & 4×4 tires.
Be respoible for after-sales quality for RE and OEM.
Manage any Distributor, Dealer, 4S Shop and Coumer complaints. Provide assistance based on Warranty Guidelines.
Provide assistance to any Service Action or Recalls, to eure correct information to the public.
Provide expertise to custome about product performance, features and use condition.
Do the product & condition training for internal and external custome.
Support road testing for product development.
Set up and maintain the labeling technical data, and assistant the product certification(CCC and Exemption)
Good data analysis skill and excel skill
Good at PPT
Univeity degree in Engineering or Science discipline.
Technical product knowledge.
3-5 yea of Tire or Automotive Industry experiences in after sales service/ technical service/product marketing is preferred, or JV company in automotive industry (preferred tire industry)
Good communication skill.
Bi-lingual: English and Mandarin.
PC skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
1. This work is performed in an office environment, will require working in the field as well.
2. Travel is required.
