Ø Mission:

The candidate will build up the production lines in China for new FeetMe products and then supervise and control the manufacturing process. The candidate will also help to enhance the product design to make the assembly easier, improve the quality and maximise the yield.

Ø Respoibilities:

· Search for and audit supplie and OEMs

· Prepare the product for mass production: work on DFM, prepare assembly itructio

· Develop test standards and test benches

· Develop the optimal assembly techniques and workflows, guarantee the most efficient way of the product manufacturing, the highest productivity level and the lowest failure rate

· Supervise the production process and resolve

problems

· Guarantee conformity to the quality standards and required yield level, maximise the productivity and efficiency of processes
