DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIESRespoible to achieve all agreed project goals (technical and financial); He sets the directives regarding Scope, schedule and costs, and Quality.

Planning

-Setup kick-off meeting and project team; define of split of respoibilities;

-Well Project planning (Scope, work package split, schedule, budget, resource, communication, risk, purchasing etc);

-As sold cost calculation;

Execution & Control

-Hold regular review meeting to follow up project status(scope, schedule, budget, resource, risks etc);

-Summon meeting to solve problems in time;

-Risk/opportunity forecast and management;

-Developing of remedies in case of plan deviatio;

-Decisio on purchasing in alliance with SCM strategy;

-Sub-supplier control, incl. delivery time, quality etc;

-Represent the project to the customer as well as to partne;

-Prepare regular project reports;

-Customer management, to guarantee customer satisfaction;

-Good communication with all internal and external stakeholde;

Contract management

-Coordination and supervision of interface clarification between different organizatio, minimize the technical and financial risks;

-Change & Claim management, guarantee margin of project and company;

-Timely invoicing and cash collection, eure positive cash flow;

Closure

-Set up final review meeting, gain and share lesso learned from the project;

-Warranty handling, make sure to achieve customer acceptance timely;

Requirements

(Education, leadehip, special skills, experience etc.):-Bachelor degree or above in engineering. Knowledge in international business will be an advantage;

-3~5 yea professional experience as project manager for order execution, familiar with contract issues, able to estimate technical and commercial risks;

-Has experience with respoibility for budget;

-Be able to establish role in project team, makes active contributio to division of work, and establishes connectio to other project activities;

-Strong planning and Problem solving skills, results oriented;

-Be able to utilize project management tools and methods;

-Good English and Chinese communication skills both verbal and in writing;

-Good computer skills (SAP, MS-Office, Lotus Notes);

-PMP certificate will have an advantage;

-Has worked in international teams is preferable;
