The CMS IT helpdesk (the /CMS help desk/) support provides service to internal use of UBS entities in China. Use in China contact helpdesk for IT queries, requests and problems. The helpdesk also provides oite support and infrastructure maintenance, coordinating with other local and regional IT teams to work out solutio.
Job Description:
Key Respoibilities
A. End User Support
?Attend to support hotline, handling user queries and problem reports
?Handle IT requests from end use and facilitate IT changes accordingly
?Perform desktop hardware itallation
B. Infrastructure support
?Co-ordinate IT-related implementatio including site power dow and restacks.
?Deliver notificatio for IT changes with user impact
?Regular Tape Backup Operation
?Maintain IT equipment inventory
?Handle IT equipment procurement including orde, delivery tracking, invoice processing
?Coordinate local maintenance vendor contract renewal, billing, and service delivery
C. Infrastructure Project Management
?Co-ordinate IT-related projects and initiatives
Requirements
?Experience in financial services industry preferred.
?Solid knowledge in Windows Desktops and networking technologies
?Works well in a team environment. Client service oriented, with good communication skills.
?Excellent oral Mandarin and written Chinese. Good oral and written English.
?Committed, creative, reliable, respoive, tactful, patient, self-motivated
?/Can do attitude/, willing to get involved in tasks that maybe outside of the normal remit of the role.
