1.Respoible for 110 KV substation management and service includes the building electrical repai & maintenance.

2.Building electrical safety ipection and preventive plan.

3.Establishment of the company electrical equipment management biography ledger and equipment technical documentation.Preparation of annual equipment maintenance schedule.

4.Respoible for management and distribution of electricity throughout the Hub security system.

5.Respoible for electrical equipment management system of the establishment, annual review and revision, to eure that all electrical equipment comply with the State Safety Regulatio.

6.Respoible for the technical provision review and evaluation before purchasing new equipment. Itallation support, commissioning and acceptance.

7.Respoible for electricity usage management of supplier as well if any.

8.Preparation of the emergency measures plan of electrical equipment. Set up preventive maintenance and repair programs for critical equipment in order to extend equipment life and reduce the failure rate.

9.Establish a good relatiohip with the government and the electricity bureau. To get the prompt power information and preferential policy from government.

10.Manage and train the electrical maintenance peon to improve the technical quality and efficiency.

11.Building cleaning and authority ipection.

12.Facility electrical maintenance/renovatiodecoration.

1.Bachelor degree and above in electrical engineering or automation.

2.Minimum 10 yea’ experience in electrical equipment management of manufacturing hub.

3.Good at electrical and PLC equipment design and maintenance.

4.Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.

5.Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

6.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
