QUALIFICATIO

工作资格：

1.College or vocational school educational background

中专或大专以上学历

2.At least 5 yea moulding area work experiences

至少五年以上注塑行业工作经验

3.Be proficient with operation of molding injection machines, be familiar with the natures of

engineering plastics

熟练操作注塑机，熟悉各种工程原料性能

4.Team worker ,Respoibility

积极向上，责任心强，具团队合作精神

RESPOIBILITIES

工 作 职 责：

1、Mold changeover and process set up according to production schedule;

根据生产安排切换模具,进行工艺设定

2、Continuous set up time reduction and process optimization;

持续降低切换时间,不断优化生产工艺

3、Continuous improvement of production efficiency and product quality to meet the control targets;

确保生产效率和生产质量符合管理要求

4、Record actual process parameter after process set up;

开机生产后实际工艺参数的记录

5、Take corrective actio to solve the process quality issues reported by operato and QC;

采取有效措施解决操作工和检验发现的质量问题, 避免批量不良的产生

6、Act as a member of TPM team;

负责注塑机,模具及其它生产设备的日常保养与清洁

7、Completely clean the machine after mold changeover;

上下模后及时清理炮筒周边的漏料, 熔料, 塑料粒子和油污

8、Inform machine problems once it happe to the maintenance engineer and ask him to fix the problem;

及时上报机器设备问题给维修工程师并要求及时修复

9、Support test technician for mold trial if it is required;

必要时,协助试模技术员进行试模

10、Submit Fit-Off and Last-Off samples to QC or Tool Room for record;

11、Providing regular training to operato;

负责定期培训操作工

12、Other job tasked by superviso.
