Respoibilities:

You will be the critical member of our production, reporting to the head of operatio, with the respoibility to produce perfect quality without wasting resources. A key part of the job is to prevent and solve technical issues and control the quality during production.

你将成为生产的关键员工，汇报给制造负责人，职责是在没有资源浪费的前提下生产出高质量的产品。其中非常关键的一项任务是预防和解决技术故障问题并在生产过程中管控质量环节。

Primary respoibilities are including 主要的工作职责包含:

1. Sets up and operates extrusion press to shape raw materials into products;

设置和操作挤压机使原材料按照要求塑成所需产品；

2. Regulates rate of extrusion to optimize efficiency and feed quality;

控制挤压速度以优化提高工作效率并提升饲料的质量；

3. Manage the drying process to create a uniform product;

控制管理烘干流程以创建统一规格的产品；

4. Manage the packaging and labelling of the finished goods;

管理成品包装和标记；

5. Records data, such as process time and items processed；

记录数据，例如操作流程工艺时间，过程中的项目；

6. Clean and maintain the production area.

清理并保持工作区域的干净整洁。

Requirements:

1. Secondary School Diploma’s degree or above

中专或以上学历

2. Major in electrical, mechanical or equivalent field

电气，机械或其他相关专业

3. 2-3 yea working experience in electrical or mechanical engineering;

2-3年电气或机械工艺工作经验

4. Additional electrical experiences and background are preferred

有电气工作经验或背景优先考虑

5. Working in the feed business is preferred

有饲料行业工作经验者优先考虑；

6. Willing to work overtime and strong see of respoibility;

愿意接受加班安排并有很强的责任感

7. Strong ability to solve the problems and can work independently;

较强的解决问题的能力并能独立完成工作；

8. Basic English skills (read English materials and communicate in English);

具备基础的英语技能，可以读英文资料并用英语进行基本交流；

9. Willing to travel to Europe for training education for 2-4months in 2016.
