Respoibilities:

1.Undetand and define the interface with other function teams while going through GD&T work;

2. Analyze feasibility of production process, make dimeion chai of car body;

3.Checking GD&T 2D from product department, and review the positioning of body parts, assembly;

4.Make measurement method and specificatio for sheet metal parts, trims and BIW;

5. Complete the function of body size and arrangement of measuring points.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge in metal part cutting (BIW, assembly);

2. Knowledge in GD&T, tolerance Design reading;

3. Control report check;

4. Dimeion and tolerance chain calculation;

5. Good knowledge of Catia and Geom;

6. Experience in manufacturing and BIW process would be a plus.

岗位职责：

1．在尺寸工作过程中，与其他功能团队了解并定义接口；

2．分析生产工艺的可行性，制作车身的尺寸链；

3．检查产品部的2D尺寸，并对车身零部件的定位进行评估；

4．制定钣金件、装饰件及白车身的测量方法和规范；

5．完成测量点的车身尺寸和布置功能。

任职要求：

1. 熟悉金属切割件（白车身、部件）；

2. 熟悉几何尺寸以及设计测量公差；

3. 控制检查报表；

4. 尺寸与公差链计算；

5. 熟悉CATIA软件和几何尺寸的知识；

6. 最好有制造和车身工艺领域的工作经验。
