Main Respoibility:

1.Perform and lead the demand planning process:

？Respoible for sales data analysis, identify the sales trend and generate reasonable 18 months baseline forecast.

？Lead and conduct the monthly demand meeting to get 3+ month reliable forecast aligned with sales team

？Eure monthly forecast is aligned with Finance dollarized forecast

？Closely communicate with supply chain for any demand change and forecast issues.

？Prepare forecast accuracy dashboard and facilitate the improvement plan with sales team

？Analyze and maintain the demand planning master data in JDA by product and division differentiation to improve the forecast accuracy

？Coordinate of any demand & order issues if necessary

2.Act as the operatio coordinator for business:

？Coordinate between supply chain and division for some critical issues or initiatives

？Prepare the monthly S&OP meeting and track the SIPOC effectiveness

？Participate Division key meetings, provide inputs and iights from operational pepective

3.Othe:

？Lead some of the continuous improvement projects within WPS division

？WPS inventory (Include E&O) controller

Qualificatio:

1.Peonality

？Strong ownehip with very proactive working attitude

？Detail and deep dive oriented

？Ability to effectively communicate and work cross functionally with good influence

？Conflict resolution

2.Competency and Skills

？Strong knowledge of demand planning process, and the compreheive undetanding of supply planning process

？Good undetanding of supply chain process and tradeoffs

？Strong statistics and analytical skills with demotrated problem solving capability, data seitive is a must

3.Background

？MNC, FMCG, Fine Chemical or diveified business experience preferred

？Excellent oral and written English skills

？BA/BS is required, preferably in Operatio Management, Statistics or Similar discipline

？Minimum of 3 yea’ experience on demand planning or analysis field works

？Experience of JDA is a plus

？Command of SAP/APO preferred (not a must)
