DESCRIPTIORESPOIBILITIES:

Job Description

* Assists in the review of program proposals or pla to determine time

frame, funding limitatio, procedures for accomplishing program,

staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various

phases of program.

* Confe with appropriate manage within Program Management,

Operatio and othe to outline work plan and to assign duties,

respoibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical

advice and resolve problems.

* Works with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of

Customer Focus Team (CFT) membe to eure program progresses on

schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the

necessary matrix relatiohips.

* Reviews status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) membe

and modifies schedules or pla as required.

* Prepares program reports for management, client, or othe.

* May assist in metric development and tracking.

* Occasional travel to customer locatio.

Job Requirements

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Excellent interpeonal skills

3. PCBA or OEM related experience is preferred

4. Individual should possess and continue to develop most of the

following success qualities: Enthusiasm, Self-confidence, Peistence,

Goal-oriented, Initiative, Self-discipline, Innovative Spirit

5. Bachelor Degree or Associate degree in Engineering,

Manufacturing or Business Administration is preferred

6. More than one year of relevant working experience in a

project management in a manufacturing environment.

7. Language skills – good written and spoken English and Chinese is a

must,

8. Familiar with co-ordination activities between manufacturing sites

and hubs.
