该职位主要负责操作工的人员招聘,以及员工的培训发展等相关工作:
?分析人力资源需求,制定年度招聘计划;
?通过多渠道招聘合格的人才;
?维护候选人资料储备库;
?据公司业务和工作职责分析培训需求;
?制定和管理培训规则和流程;
?制定年度培训计划和预算;
?安排和组织培训,以支持公司业务目标的达成;
?向管理层提供培训政策和细节上的建议,并提出改进方案;
?评估培训的有效性及效率;
?组织并追踪在职培训;
?遵循EHS程序和政策,积极参与以达成与自己工作相关的EHS目标;
?人力资源经理安排的其他工作。
岗位要求:
?学士学位或相当学历, 5-8年相关工作经验;
?拥有良好的沟通交流能力和组织协调能力;
?拥有大型招聘活动的组织经验,熟悉校园招聘;
?有工厂HR工作经验;
?熟练运用Office软件;
?基础的英文读写和交流能力。
Job Description:
This role will respoible for the talent requisition for operato, training & development and other related works.
?Analyze manpower needs and develop annual hiring plan;
?Acquire qualified talents through multiple channels;
?Maintain the candidate talent pool;
?Analyze training needs according to company business and job respoibilities;
?Develop and manage the regulation and procedure of training;
?Develop the annual training plan and budget;
?Arrange and organize training to support the achievement of the company business targets;
?Give advice in training policy and detail to the management and work on improvement plan;
?Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of training;
?Monitor on-job-training;
?Abide the EH&S procedures and policies, participate actively and achieve the goals of EH&S related to own job;
?Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Qualificatio:
?Bachelor degree or equivalent with about 5-8 yea related experience;
?Excellent communication and organizational skills;
?Have the experiences on sizable recruitment event, be familiar with campus recruitment;
?With the HR experience in manufacturing site;
?Master Office family of software;
?Basic English skills in written & oral.
