Job Profile

？ Single point of contact for services provided to market – requires undetanding of the overall scope of services and the status of their delivery, and must be able to explain KPI performance.

？ Communicate clearly, concisely and calmly in difficult and stressful situatio, especially where changes in behavior are needed at client side.

？ Undetand the overall business unit objectives, control environment, and risks and issues in the services provided; own the issue resolution process.

？ Own the delivery of the month end close processes in accordance with agreed timetable, in collaboration with respective Tower Leads. Specifically:-

o Analyzing & passing month end close journals.

o Account reconciliation preparation, reporting, investigation and closure of open items and un-reconciled accounts as per reconciliation policy.

o Prepare and deliver 1st draft month end reports to in market Operational Finance teams.

o Prepare variance analysis (prior month/quarter or budget) and propose explanatio.

o Coordinate financial and management accounting activities related to Media Bill pay.

？ Propose and execute continuous improvements to the reporting process.

？ Maintain high level of focus on emerging reporting coideratio from the external environment.

？ Eure satisfactory operation of financial controls and key JSOX controls in particular; work closely with worldwide teams on submission of JSOX lette.

？ Act as single point of contact for internal, external and client audit visits; own the implementation of actio identified.

？ Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures as agreed with the client and highlight where these need updating.

？ Support and lead various Controllehip Projects, including representing Operational Finance teams in client led projects as needed.

？ Develop & manage effective working relatiohips in the organization and actively liaise with all Key Stakeholde. Collaborate with pee to drive application of lesso learned elsewhere.
