The AQE will influence business bottom line results by leading, delivering and reporting IR-internal Advanced Quality Planning activities for new product development programs and changes using IRPDP (Ingeoll Rand’s Product Development Process standard work). 通过主导、执行和汇报英格索兰新产品开发计划和产品开发流程的先期质量计划行动，影响业务结果

Position Respoibilities:

Essential Duties and Respoibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1.Serve as core team member on new product development / 3P teams. Train and mentor less experienced group membe on respoibilities, procedures, and processes, including assisting in development and monitoring the implementation of training pla for new team membe.作为核心成员参与新产品开发和3P团队。对新成员进行职责、流程方面的培训和指导，包括协助开发和监督执行团队新成员的培训计划

2.Develop and eure that program goals including quality and reliability are met in compliance with specificatio and standard work完善和确保项目目标的质量及可靠性方面符合标准工作流程及要求

3.Lead AQP and PPAP activities for internal and intra-company supplied parts including Component Risk Assessments, PFMEA, Control Pla, and Process Validation, interact with Supplier Development Enginee for purchased components主导外协件AQP和PPAP工作，包括CRA/PFMEA/控制计划和流程验证，与SDE团队协作进行零部件采购。

4.Develop AQP pla for NPD programs; eure resources are obtained as required 完善新产品项目AQP计划，保证获得所需资源

5.Identify gaps and create closure plan for quality and reliability targets根据质量及可靠性目标，确定差异并制定终止计划

6.Utilize various tools to evaluate the effectiveness of AQP including Gemba, management reviews, internal audits, feedback from internal and external custome, warranty data, and traceability, etc.通过Gemba、管理回顾、内部审核、内外部客户反馈、保修数据和可追踪性评估AQP效果

7.Lead teams/projects related to compliant investigation, CAPA (especially systems root cause and corrective action), cost reduction, and quality system excellence. Use of TQM tools including six sigma methods as required.主导项目团队进行合规调查、CAPA、成本控制和质量体系改善。结合六西格玛使用TQM工具

8.Review, challenge and simplify existing, develop and apply quality driven test systems and procedures to assure products meet intended use and customer expectatio.完善和应用质量驱动的检验体系和流程，保证产品满足使用目的和客户期望

Experience and Skills Required:

1.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline本科学历，机械工程或相关专业

2.Professional certification (CPM, Six Sigma, CQM) is preferred获得CPM, Six Sigma, CQM认证者优先

3.8 yea of experience in quality or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment that has embraced lean concepts, QMS manufacturing practices, and progressive customer relatiohips. 8年制造行业质量或质量工程经验，对Lean、QMS和客户关系改善有一定了解

4.Experience in quality management, operatio, lean manufacturing processes and visual management.有质量管理、生产运营、精益生产和可视化管理经验

5.Proficient in contemporary QC and QA tools such as QMS, AQP, LSS, SPC, PPAP, etc. 熟悉QMS, AQP, LSS, SPC, PPAP等质量管理工具

6.Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean implementation, and OpEx熟悉制造流程、精益生产管理

7.Working knowledge of tool design, Geometric Dimeion and Tolerancing, and dimeional metrology具备模具设计、形位公差、外观尺寸测量经验

8.Excellent interpeonal skills, mentor, team player and builder优秀人际交往能力，团队管理能力

9.Professional in both customer and supplier interaction客户及供应商管理能力
