Sales Manager

Respoibilities:
岗位职责:
1.作为分公司的第一负责人,完成集团下达的市场规划、销售策略及年度目标(业绩、回款、项目验收等各项指标)
As the head of the branch, should complete market planning and strategy, annual goals from a group company, including sales performance, debt receivables, project acceptance and othe.
2.协助分公司的行政人事经理进行团队建设、员工发展、培训及考核
Assist administrative and peonnel manager to make a good team、improve staff development、establish staff training and assessment.
3.不断开拓新客户,维护好重点客户,做好客户管理,建立客户档案
Develop new custome and maintain existing custome, good customer management skill, establish custome’ file.
4.管理销售团队,带领团队商业谈判、合同签订、及时回款,完成销售目标
Manage a sales team and lead the team to make commercial negotiation, finalize contract and eure debt receivables on time, eure sales target.
5.完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务,执行力强。
Complete other tasks assigned by superio, good task priority management.
Requirements:
任职要求:
1. 大专以上学历,5年以上工程类销售经验,英文沟通读写流利;
Above college degree, more than five yea with sales experience in engineering, good English skill.
2. 思维清晰、有较强的表达及沟通能力、具备良好的客户开拓能力;
Clear thinking, strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to develop new custome.
3. 有建筑工程类销售经验,并且与设计院或相关单位有着良好合作关系者优先考虑;
Own sales experience in architectural engineering and have a good relatiohip with design ititute or the relevant department is preferred.
4. 具有较强的市场分析、营销能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,还能够对已出现的问题进行时效的分析与解决;
Strong market analysis and marketing ability, good skill of interpeonal communication and coordination, a good situation analysis, ability to solve problems.
5. 能够带领团队且有能力对本职工作作出有效计划及考核措施。
Lead the team and have the ability to make effective planning and assessment measures on their work.
