职位描述:
Work closely with the sales team in Shanghai to implement the Hangzhou and other Eastern China POS sales strategy and support team initiatives. Lead and manage a team of 2 sales professionals to eure that the China goals are met by clear communication and setting attainable goals. Coolidate field level reporting for marketing and revenue meetings. Be respoible for prioritizing requests from field, verifying the accuracy of the information and providing recommendatio. Use high level of visibility in local community as conduit for promotion of company messaging and new business development.
KEY EXPECTATIO:
?Respoible for own account territory and monitoring regional agency performance, revenue, COS, market share shift and identifying market trends.
?Lead Sales Team and proactively engage team in the decision making process to eure results.
?Establish relatiohips with key distributo, Chambe, Tourism Board, SME, grass root organizatio and participate in industry events developing UA Brand recognition.
?Liaison with key HDQ departments such as Pricing, Revenue Management, Sales Resources, etc.
?Demotrated skills in project management, analysis and business development.
?Ability to travel and conduct joint sales calls with Account Manager.
?Creative and have the ability to motivate custome and co-worke.

QUALIFICATIO REQUIRED:
?5-10 yea airline Sales or Travel Industry experience required
?Bachelor degree required in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
?Strong communication, presentation and relatiohip building skills
?Strong leadehip skills
?Must be fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
?Analytical tools required
?A team player with excellent interpeonal skills
SALARY SCALE:
To be determined, competitive with local market pay for similar roles
WORKING HOU:
