Chemical Organic Manager

Qualification: B. Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent. Master / Doctor degree is a plus.

学历要求：本科以上学历，化学、化工或相关专业。硕士和博士学历有优势。

Working experience: Min.5 yea working experience in third party commercial chemical testing laboratory, and min. 3 yea in managerial role.

工作经验要求：至少5年在国外第三方检测公司的任职经验，至少3年管理岗位经验。

Other requirements: Excellent command of written and spoken English. Certified ISO17025 internal auditor. Middle grade professional engineer in chemistry or chemical engineering is a plus.

其他要求：英文口语、读写能力优秀，有ISO17025内审员资格证。持有化学、化工类中级工程师以上职称有优势。(This is CMA authorized signatory requirement)

JD:

1. Review Organic organization periodically to eure lab operation can fulfill business expaion need

定期回顾有机部门的组织架构，确保实验室有足够能力应对公司的业务发展

2. Monitor day-to-day operation of Organic laboratory with respect to TAT and accuracy, and handle emergency case that occu in lab.

监督部门的每日营运情况，保证测试结果能够符合公司准时、准确的要求，并处理各种突发事件

3. Review and maintain staff training/assessment status (included Testing SOP updated, client protocol updated, test method updated, etc.), authorize staff to perform specific duties.

监督部门员工的培训、考核状态，并进行适当授权

4. Review and maintain analytical itrument/equipment calibration, maintenance, and performance check schedule, QC results, etc.

定期审核化学实验室仪器的校准状态，审核各种QC报告

5. Coordinate BV internal and external Proficiency Test Program

管理部门相关的BV内部及外部的比对测试

6. Review and approve method development & validation schedule and result.

审阅、审批相关的方法开发、方法验证

7. Monitor Organic Lab result TAT and result quality

监督有机实验室的测试准时率和准确率

8. Review operation statistics and make necessary work arrangement to suit production needs.

审阅部门的各种统计数据，并采取适当的安排

9. Provide technical support to customer and help in technical investigation agait complaint case, if any.

对客户投诉案件需无条件提供技术支持和帮助
