Specific requirement

(Wire Bond)

-At least 5 yea of experience

-Experience: imperative mass production (CAD bases, working methods, quality tools and assembly)

-Experience in wire bonding required

-In-depth knowledge and undetanding of the wire bonding process is required

-Experience in aluminum large wire bonding is an asset

-Experience on Orthodyne equipment is an asset　

(Die Bond)　　

-At least 5 yea of experience

-Experience: imperative mass production (CAD bases, working methods, quality tools and assembly)

-Experience in SMT mandatory

-Experience in die-attach (bare dies) is an asset

(Assembly)

-Fluent English in spoken

-Qualified in a general engineering education or in a mechanical engineering education

-5 yea related working experience as PTM or Process Engineer with process/equipment validation / new line set up or line trafer

-Peon having work in mechanical assembly using process such as Screwing, Gluing, Soldering..

-Focus on equipment design and process design. candidate must knows different assembly process and specific equipment
