？College or above degree with major in Mechanical related is required.

？At least 3 yea’ experience on production line mechanical maintenance.

？Familiar with mechanical failure analysis and problem solving.

？Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, Lubrication, PLC, NC, control motor and seo.

？Experience in Full-automation machining line maintenance, such as CNC & grinding machine is preferred.

？Strong ability of communication, coordination and organization and able to work under pressure.

？Proficient in MS Office.

？Good English skill at reading and writing.

Major Respoibilities:

？Be respoible for Production line in site maintenance and support.

？Compile spare parts list and review according to equipment management procedure.

？Implement Maintenance KPI achievement (breakdown time & MTTR & MTBF)

？Be respoible for new machines itallation, commissioning and acceptance track.

？Compile and review the relevant maintenance documents for production machine, such as equipment point check list, preventive maintenance list, etc.

？Implement Equipment TPM and contingency plan.

？Analyze cause of equipment downtime and figure out action plan to reduce downtime.

？Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicia, improve their capability of trouble shooting.

？Attend daily fast respoe meeting and issue track.

？Implement correction action for nonconforming findings of inner & external audit.

？Tracks and handles major hazards of equipment.

？Be respoible for all safety related for maintenance.

？Completes other work assigned by supervisor.
