职位描述:
Objective of function:
- Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the Internal sales team to maintain and enhance customer relatiohips and meet organizational and operational objectives.
- Interact with custome and internally with all service departments involved to provide and process information in respoe to inquiries, concer and requests about products and services.
Main tasks:
- deal directly with custome either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- handle and resolve customer complaints
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- provide pricing and delivery information
- perform customer verificatio
- set up new customer accounts and manage
- process orde, forms, applicatio and requests
- organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- direct requests & open issues to designated resource
- keep records of customer interactio and traactio
- record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- record details of actio taken
- prepare and distribute customer activity reports
- manage administration
- communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- follow up on customer interactio
- provide feedback on customer efficiency service process
- contribution in business projects upon request
- Supervisio Coaching of apprentices (where applicable)
Professional experience :
- Experience in Customer service / Internal sales or similar commercial position of 5 yea
- Supervisory experience of 2 yea (preference)
- proficiency in MS Office applicatio
- good knowledge in ERP systems (SAP, BPCS or othe)
- knowledge in E-Mail communication system (Lotus Notes IBM)
- knowledge of Internal sales principles and practices
- knowledge of relevant computer applicatio
- ability to type
- knowledge of administrative procedures
- product knowledge
- leadehip skills to educate, train and motivate team
