Your duties
1. Analysis of complex problems and development of appropriate solutio for implementation in
TecAlliance Solutio ;
2. Preparation of functional specificatio and drawing up change requests
3. Evaluation of change reques s and supervision of their implementation including drafting of relevant documentation
4. Close working relatiohips with internal interfaces, especially Software Development, Quality Assurance and Sales, along with external partne and custome
5. Release planning including content, costs and management of implementation;
6. Assistance in a cross-functional team and management of solution-specific projects and euring that quality standards are met
7. Conducting customer workshops, provision of information material and support for marketing and communication activities

2. Initial professional experience in product management for software solutio
3. Experience of a task involving information technology
4. Commercial awareness and a high degree of individual initiative
5. Experience in communication at different hierarchical levels, plus facilitation and presentation experience
6. Excellent English language skills, with other foreign language skills also welcome
