Purpose & general respoibilities of the position:
Support Go-Tra sales activities effectively and efficiently.
Specific respoibilities of the position:
Deliver budget as directed by Sales Manager
Deliver the assigned Go-Tra OCE and AIR budget.
Drive SOP roll-out and maintenance, eure all SOPs/Contracts are adhered to and any fall-outs are addressed on priority
Pricing and tender management
Drive Sales reports and pipelines
Make tele-sales call to direct custome and identify the potential business and right custome for direct sales team.
Find and design solution for custome to help direct sales catch new business.
Deliver the tele-sales call volume and quality based on requirement.
Maintain relatiohips with respoible custome and secure their business stable with Go-Tra.
Promote and Market the Gondrand/Go-Tra Brand.
Eure that sales sells and market Go-Tra and not for individual or named carrie.
Establish a country to county dialogue with our oveeas counterpart to maximize opportunities available on a given account.
Monitor and be aware of market trends.
Eure that market trends are report to management swiftly order to allow managements to react quickly to the market place order maintain our position.
Collect feedback from direct custome and combined them to be market report for reference.
General
Conduct client specific and industrial analysis.
Coordinate Direct Sales related internal and external visit arrangements.
Provide tools / reports for sales to conduct market research and for market plan input reference.
Assist direct sales on equipment and space problem.
Participate in sales meetings when necessary.
Own and execute your individual sales competency development plan developed with your immediate supervisor as per the findings from the potential analysis aim to improve your sales competency.
Reinforce Gondrand Group culture, values and reputation and eure compliance with Gondrand Group policies.
Measurement / success criteria of the position:
Measured on Go-Tra AIR and OCE China controlled volume and CM1 ratio to budget assigned by branch Go-Tra Sales
