职位描述:
工作职责:
1.根据集团和国家HSE政策,制订服务项目的HSE工作目标及中长期改善计划,统筹运用公司资源,实施H.S.E管理活动。
2.定期评估项目HSE状况和各指标项的当前达标程度,并以此制订改进计划和行动方案。
3.设计、制订、实施针对不同服务现场的H.S.E审计标准,提出改进建议,指导并督促改进行动的落实。
4.落实公司风险管理制度,开展风险评估、制定控制措施
5.协助工程人员完善安全操作规程
6.根据总部要求,推行H.S.E活动并予以整理、归档。
7.执行事故警报、调研、处理、上报程序,并整理归档。
8.协助项目完成集团和客户对H.S.E审计的要求。
9.负责H.S.E突发事件管理、制定应急预案、组织应急演练。
10.定期完成H.S.E工作总结,提报大客户经理。
11.设计、开发H.S.E培训教程,并定期组织实施培训活动,提高员工安全意识和规范操作能力。
12.公司交办的其它任务和项目。
Role and respoibilities
You will be in charge of the following:
?With the ISS Group HSE Manual as the foundation, eure that HPI EHS requirements are being embedded in operatio in the HPI account;
?Tralate the global HPI contract EHS requirements over and above the ISS Group HSE Manual into project pla and compliance programs;
?Supporting the implementation of improvement pla and corrective action pla;
?Co-ordinate with the ISS HPI Regional HSE lead to eure compliance;
?Sharing best practices amongst key EHS and related peonnel across the HPI account;
?Provide periodic reports of EHS compliance across the HPI account for Business reviews;
?Manage EHS performance data processes and eure high level validity of data;
?Analyse key performance data and communicate results throughout the HPI Account;
?Use internal and external stakeholde input to optimize processes and structures for EHS management;
?Lead and collaborate on relevant areas of our EHS audit programme;
?Assess new developments and trends in health, safety and environment that may have application or impact on the HPI account.
任职资格:
1、男女不限、本科学历以上、理工科背景、35-40岁之间、英语流利
2、工作10年以上,大型外企公司从事HSE管理至少6年以上,具备专业特长,独立规划、独立处事能力强,协调沟通能力强。
3、有过制造业、制药、电子行业背景者尤佳
4、具备国家注册安全工程师资格证书、急救证书,消防,安全生产管理员,水处理资质
You are educated in life sciences, engineering, or related field and possess a degree. You have 7+ yea of professional experience preferably in a multinational environment and have experience in leading multifunctional teams. Additionally, you must have the following skills and qualificatio:
?Good written, spoken, and compreheion of English
?Ability to build teams
?Strong interpeonal and communication skills required.
?Demotrated proficiency with data systems for tracking EHS performance
?Experience presenting performance to management
The right candidate should have exteive technical knowledge regarding EHS regulatory requirements, EHS management systems, EHS training, and best practices combined with strong interpeonal skills to interface with ISS employees and customer in a multi-cultural and multi-country environment. Finally, you have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines, and to adjust to changing priorities with minimal supervision and the willingness to work within a multi-country team environment where exteive travelling may be required.
