职位描述:
Job Respoibilities
--Strategy and planning: Develop and monitor the implementation of Schaeffler key accounts strategy, business plan and budget in order to achieve/exceed the Business Unit and customer strategy, plan and budget.
--New business development: Identify potential business and growth opportunities; and acquire new businesses/projects (in existing and new platforms) in order to meet/exceed new business sales targets.
--Relatiohip development and maintenance: Develop and maintain strategic business relatiohips with senior leadehip of key accounts in order to promote Schaeffler’s brand awareness, existing and new products and develop profitable business relatiohips.
--Receiving RFQs, making quotation and negotiation. Contract and APR management.
--Organize and manage the cross-functional team to achieve sales target, improve working capital.
--Budget and sales forecast for short and long term planning.
--Regular report to KAM management Head on business status.
Qualification Requirements
--Major in engineering, Automotive prefered, minimum Bachalor degree.
--Good specking and writing English, German language is prefered.
--Good commanding of comunication, presentation, team work, as well as product and market knowledge.
--Worked as KAM for at least 5 yea in automotive field
