Receive visito;
接待来访者;
Reserve meeting rooms, make preparatio and provide administrative support for meetings;
负责会议室的使用安排,并提供会前准备与行政支持;
Eure the workplace clean and tidy;
确保办公环境的干净与整洁;
Purchase and manage the office stationery and record the use of it;
采购和管理办公室文具,记录文具的使用情况;
Book flight for employees and respoible for the arrangement of traportation and accommodation issues;
为员工预定机票,负责安排交通和住宿事宜;
Check the company fixed asset and respoible for the daily maintenance;
清点公司固定资产,并负责日常维修工作;
Undertake any other duties assigned by Admin Manager.
履行行政经理分配的其他任务。
Competences and skills 能力与技能
College and above degree;
大专及以上学历;
Skillful in using word, excel, PowerPoint;
熟练运用word, excel, PowerPoint等常用办公软件;
Good command of Mandarin and English;
具有良好的英语及普通话表达能力;
Pleasant peonality and a great team player;
乐观开朗,擅长团队合作;
Patient and detail-oriented.
